For paperboard with different size and thickness, our device can automatically cut films of different length by adjusting on touch screen along with roller cutter.

• Window Size
  

  Window size is a vital factor to consider. Film should be harder for larger windows, with more strength. For small windows, thin and soft film is enough. Available potential gluing surface is also important to consider.

• Rigidity and Strength

  Premium products (medical package, cosmetic package, etc.) require films with high rigidity, transparency and glossiness. Packages with big windows requires films of high tensile strength and bursting strength. Window patching films are applied on window patching machines, which glues on the opposite side of paper material, align to the edge of the window, then put film cut by roller cutter automatically to the glue. Therefore, strength of the film directly affects production speed, and production cost.

• Stability

  For some food, certain temperatures and humidity can affect the stability of films, therefore, stability should be taken into consideration. For example, in baking industry, pies are packaged under heat and steam, then be frozen. Films of low quality can be fogged, cracked or wrinkled, which affects the quality of packages.
