The lead edge feeder is a front suction type paper feeding machine: the suction nozzles lift the paper from the front end and then disengage, allowing the top feeding wheel to push the sheet beneath the sheet-guiding wheel, enabling smooth and rapid feeding of regular or longer paper.

Unique dynamic aligning system: it utilizes the speed difference between the faster conveyor and the front stopper to advance the moving paper to reach the front stopper. And the sides are synchronized to front stopper. The shifting side stoppers are used to align the two papers during moving. Then, at the handover point, the front end of the upper paper, which has been positioned, is handed over to the front stopper of the lower paper, so that the two papers are positioned and aligned on the same set of front stoppers. For flat and smooth paper, the aligning accuracy can be ensured within ±0.5m/m, ensuring accurate and rapid alignment, resulting in excellent and perfect finished products, significantly enhancing working efficiency (ROC.PAT.NO: 18750, 660270).

Specially designed high precision coating mechanism: The precision of the glue roller and glue adjusting roller is less than 0.01m/m. The minimum glue coating amount can be adjusted to 0.02m/m and it can be accurately adjusted to different type of papers to ensure even coating of glue.
Convenient paper releaser: It releases the paper from glue roller, and is also convenient for disassembly, cleaning and calibration of the glue roller. (Pat. No.107087)
Delicate Side Glue Stopper: The stopper can rub back the glue to the roller, so that the high-speed roller side will not have glue over-flown. It can also adjust the back flow of glue so to ensure the coating function of the device. (Pat.NO.90265)

Motorized length setting by easy dimensions switching, upper belt can be adjusted based on the sheet length, and speed adjustment for sheet overlapping condition by inverter motor. It can press laminated paper in overlapping and speed up for sheet pressed individually. The added roller set can apply repeat proper press on the individually laminated thin paper again, so that the finished product is even flat and more perfect.
Vibrating-loose receiving system: it is capable of loosening the multi-laid finished products and push neat to ensure smooth collection of paper. The E-type low profile lift and high-speed lifting device can reduce paper replenishment time and increase working efficiency. A patent application has been filed (ROC.PAT.NO: 152346).
