To make printed boxes with window film, you need window patchers. ChangHong has over 20 years of experience in designing and manufacturing window patching machines and lines. We know how important it is to use quality manufacturing equipment to make machines, and during these years’ development, we have purchased and installed precision machining equipment to produce window patching machines. We have experienced staff members to manufacture and assembly the machines, and before delivery, we test each machine to ensure the quality. The following are some of the manufacturing equipment we use, including CNC turning machines, boring and milling machines, as well as wire cut EDM machines to ensure the machines operate with precision. After manufacturing, we assemble the window patchers and test them to ensure their running stability.
Our hardware processing workshop processes essential parts of the machine. The workshop is equipped with a CNC turning machine, turning machine, boring machine, milling machine, and wire cut EDM (electrical discharge machine). Our machine tool parts are produced by technicians with over 10 years of experience under strict standards. For better precision, we have purchased a premium CNC turning machine, to make our paperboard packaging equipment more accurate and efficient.
We use CNC turning machines to perform the automatic processing of the machine parts at a high accuracy.

This is one of the vertical drillling and boring machines for hole processing.
Our milling machine is used for surface milling, groove milling, gear milling of the machine parts. It makes the high precision components for window patchers.
This wire cut EDM machine is used for precise cutting of the metal sheet and plate.
The assembling workshop consists of six sections, paper feeding section, paper transmission section, glue printing section, filming section, paper collecting section that works to assemble the machine. There are senior fitters that offer guidance in each sector to help test and assemble, and adjust after that, only qualified ones can leave the factory.
We will do patching test to every machine we produce before delivery, by doing window patching work on sample paper box, to check if the machine is qualified, of whom the glue printing is in right position, are there extra glue on the surface of paper box, etc.
By adjusting and testing the machine in different speed, we can check if other specifications of the machine are qualified, and solve the problems that occurred during the test, until everything is qualified, then the product can be delivered and ready to serve our customers.
